2.Working flow

1. Decoiling: feeding of the material for bottom metal strip.
2. Roll forming: producing the bottom metal strip for roof or wall panel.
3. EPS feeding table: placing the middle part of the sandwich panel.
4. Dripping glue onto the top and bottom metal strip.
5. Heading the strips for better adhesion of glue.
6. Rolling edges of the strips.
7. Connecting parts and roll forming together.
8. Make slot (milling cutting to cut the extra parts of EPS) of panels for specific length.
9. Confirming length.
10. Cutting adjusted by PLC touch screen.
11. Runout table.

 
3.Main components of the production line

1. Uncoiler 1 of bottom metal strip to be ribbed + uncoiler 2 of top strip.

2. Roll-forming for bottom metal strip with rib profiles.

3. Foam Transfer Frames with Mill Edge Cutter for making profiles for EPS edge + bottom metal strips.

4. Composite machine (for gluing/ joining the sandwich panel) with controller, including glue depositing dripping devices and Infra-Red Heating devices for curing glue, as well as ribs forming & locking devices for locking edges of metal strips. Machine has protection ladder with hand rail and baluster. 

5. Cutter of sandwich panel with controller for adjustment the cut length and quantity.

6. Product rack table for finished panels.

2. The operation speed of sandwich panel production line is stepless computer-controlled to realize the stable operation speed and simple operation of the production line.

3. The length of sandwich panel can be controlled by the computer system according to buyers' requirements. The computer system has precise orientation and has timed display on the touch screen, it also has automatic counting and correcting function.
